The Tobin Benefit Golf Classic is an 18-hole, four-person scramble with a shot-gun start with two tee times to choose from: Thursday, May 21 at 12:30 pm or Friday, May 22 at 8:30 am
Each golfer’s registration includes:
· Green fees · Golf cart rental
· Use of practice facilities · Lunch and other snacks
· Gift package of golf items including team photo · Beverages (beer, soda or bottled water)
· All on-course contests · One Mulligan per nine holes of golf
There are three divisions of golfers: open, senior, and women. Open division participants will be competing against players in their respective sessions to determine winners. One overall champion team will be announced at the close of the tournament on Friday along with the winners of the senior’s and women’s divisions.
The Sechrest 18 of the Mozingo Lake Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course spanning 240 acres of lush greens and well-kept fairways. Situated on the shores of the beautiful 1000-acre Lake Mozingo, golfers are given ample opportunity to test their golfing skills as the course meanders around the lake and amidst the native grassland.
A Tee-Off Social Dinner will be held Thursday evening at the Maryville Country Club, beginning with a cash bar and hors d'oeurvres at 6:30 pm. Additional guests are invited to attend at a cost of $15 each.
A silent auction and raffles close out the tournament activities and fundraisers. Those with the highest bid on silent auction items and raffle winners will be announced Friday following play.
