 Patrick Harr, M.D. – Medical Staff President
American Board of Family Medicine
A native of Maryville, Missouri, Dr. Harr attended Northwest Missouri State University and the University of Missouri-Columbia for pre med preparation. After graduating from the University of Missouri School of Medicine, Dr. Harr completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. Before returning to Maryville, Dr. Harr served two years in the United States Air Force.
Since 1974, Dr. Harr has been synonymous with Sports Medicine in Northwest Missouri. He serves as team physician for both Maryville High School and Northwest Missouri State. |
 Brian Golightly, M.D. – Medical Staff Vice President
Dr. Golightly graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. He then completed his residency through University of Missouri Kansas City Family Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. Payne graduated with his Medical Degree from University of Oklahoma in May of 2005. He then completed his Anesthesiology Residency through Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. |
 R. Scott Holman, D.O. – Vice President Medical Affairs

Dr. Holman graduated with a BS in Microbiology from Arizona State University. He completed his graduate studies at University of Arizona in Toxicology. Dr. Holman then received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirskville, MO and completed his residency at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. |
